Women In Aerospace Europe

WIA-Europe, established in 2009 through a collaborative effort led by Simonetta Di Pippo and Claudia Kessler in partnership with WIA (US), emerged from the recognition of a crucial need within the aerospace sector. Founded to connect women professionals, enhance their visibility, and foster inclusivity, WIA-Europe has since evolved into an integral part of a thriving international alliance. Represented by regional networks across Europe, WIA-Europe is recognised for its steadfast support from corporate and individual members, committing to promoting equitable opportunities and breaking stereotypes in STEM fields for future generations. Its diverse programme, spanning online and in-person events across European borders, continues to nurture a vibrant and inclusive aerospace community.
